Welcome!
We are all born knowing how to eat intuitively. When we were babies, we cried when we felt hunger and stopped eating and drinking when we were satisfied.
We continued on learning and growing until we felt hunger again, and someone fed us. Somewhere along the way, our culture, upbringing, and life experiences taught us to ignore how we were feeling inside, and instead follow a prescribed way of eating, either for weight loss, to easy our ills or to make us “healthier”. We were unaware these practices intended to make us healthy may have inadvertently caused more harm than good.
If you are fed up with diets, food rules and restriction, I’m here to tell you there is a better way. A kinder, gentler way of nourishing yourself, even if you are on a medically necessary diet. Let’s work together!
